    Connect an AI assistant

    Link ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant to JBJ Global Real Estate so it can search projects, developers, and market information on your behalf. Copy the server address below, then follow the steps for your assistant.

    Connect

    ChatGPT

    1. 1Open ChatGPT settings → Apps and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there). If it isn’t available, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it.
    2. 2Open the new plugin dialog .
    3. 3Enter JBJ Global Real Estate as the name and paste the server address above into the URL field.
    4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom server), then click Create.
    5. 5Enable the app from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

    Claude

    1. 1Open the prefilled Claude connector dialog .
    2. 2Review the details and click Add.
    3. 3If the prefilled form doesn’t open, go to Claude’s Connectors page, choose “Add custom connector”, name it JBJ Global Real Estate, and paste the server address.
    4. 4Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use it.

    Claude Code

    1. 1Run this command in a terminal:

    1. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm the connection. You’ll be asked to sign in from that menu when a tool needs your account.
    2. 3Ask Claude Code to use the app.

    Other MCP clients

    1. 1Open the assistant’s MCP server or custom connector settings.
    2. 2Create a new remote MCP server connection.
    3. 3Name it JBJ Global Real Estate and paste the server address above.
    4. 4Complete any sign-in or authorization prompts.
    5. 5Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use it.

    Refresh after the app changes

    Assistants remember what the app could do when they first connected. After we ship an update, refresh the connection so your assistant picks up the latest capabilities.

    ChatGPT

    1. 1Open ChatGPT’s Plugins page and select this app.
    2. 2Scroll to “Information” and click Refresh.
    3. 3ChatGPT can’t change an existing app’s URL — if the address above changed, delete the app and repeat the connect steps.
    4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use the app.

    Claude

    1. 1Open the Connectors page and select this connector.
    2. 2Refresh or update the connector’s tools.
    3. 3Claude can’t change an existing connector’s URL — if the address changed, remove the connector and connect again.
    4. 4Ask Claude to use the app.

    Claude Code

    1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest capabilities on connect.
    2. 2If the address changed, run claude mcp remove jbj-global-real-estate and run the install command again.
    3. 3Ask Claude Code to use the app.

    Other MCP clients

    1. 1Open the assistant’s MCP server or connector settings.
    2. 2Select the connection you created for this app.
    3. 3Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
    4. 4If the address changed, paste the latest one from above.
    5. 5Start a new chat or session and ask the assistant to use the app.
